It’s a gorgeous Summer’s day here in New Zealand, and I’m in the mood for some cute ladybug projects! Did you know New Zealand has blue ladybugs? But today, I wanted to share a pink one:
The Hello, Ladybug bundle is a stamp set and coordinating punch. I personally really love the punch bundles! They are lower priced and quick to use – great for mass producing or for sharing with the kids or grandkids.
I’ve decorated one of the Sweet Little boxes from the Sweet Treats Suite. I’ve really grown to love the variety of pre-prepared boxes! They are more sturdy than what I can make, plus all the measuring, scoring, and cutting are done. And these ones even include the adhesive! All you need is a bone folder.
And for the star of the show: the Hello Ladybug bundle! I took my inspiration for this project from one of the samples in the catalogue. How cute and clever is it to use the wings from the punch to also create leaves?! Don’t you just love it when a tool has more than one use?
I used the Rainbow Glitter Paper for the leaves. I had quite a few strips left after making kits for this Rainbow Glitter Paper card, so this was a great way to use them. Granny Apple Green is such a happy color.

And here’s a short tutorial on how this box goes together and how I did the various elements decorating up this cute little treat gift. I would have LOVED to have this in my lunch box when I was a small girl!
