Hi friends! It’s been a wonderful holiday at my house, and I’ve taken a few weeks off to not only recharge, but to totally gut my craft room and do a thorough clean. I found lots of “treasures”, including a leak under the sink. Pleased I found that now instead of in a year’s time!
Today’s share is a sweet card sent to me by one of my team members, Rebecca Palmer, and I just loved the simplicity and the good use of potentially leftover strips and pieces of Designer Series Paper:
Who wouldn’t want to receive a card telling them they are wonderful??!
This card is an unusual shape and size, adding to the interest of it while keeping it simple. I actually love making non-standard sized cards. But the point is – you can make a card to fit the size of your scrap, rather than thinking the scrap isn’t big enough. Simple, but smart.
I am going to copy this idea to make up a pile of cards today for my mother to use.
Tomorrow is the day both SaleABration starts and the Mini Catalogue is open for ordering! More details tomorrow – can’t wait!
Thanks for stopping by!
