Well, folks, I am back home to a rainy day in New Zealand! Albeit the weather is cold, I am glad to be home with my four children and three cats – missed them!!
The last ten days have been full of fun and excitement and adventure. I wanted to share a few highlights, not necessarily in chronological order. For even more pictures, check out my Facebook Page:
Every morning and evening, the room attendant would clean and make up the room for us. Each night he'd leave us an animal made out of towels. This hanging buddy is my favorite.
Rob and my stepdad, Gary, spent some time on the Flowrider above. I would have given it a try had there not been a continual crowd of people watching and filming . . . looked fun!
Stampin' Up! always has one room wherever we are where they camp out and make the room available for socializing and events. This is one of the cute displays they had.
Our daily ring toss game for a daily prize. It was actually quite hard!
The amount of work that would have gone into this . . . . Looks awesome though! I was pleased on the last day to see that the spa had it and was going to display it for a while.
This is a quick shot of one of the stalls of the markets in Mexico. Nice and colorful, and the dresses were really neat. But I don't enjoy the haggling so shyed away from buying much of anything.
One of my favorite things we did was take a tour of some ancient Mayan ruins while in Mexico. It was really cool to hear about the history, customs, and culture.
The Caribbean Sea.
Rob & Jacque at a local restaurant in Jamaica. We ordered a plate of Jerk Chicken for the four of us to share.
The view from our room one evening.
The ship had 14 levels or decks. This was Deck 8 and was an outdoor park. We had to remind ourselves often we were actually on a ship.
Mom and Gary relaxing. Me behind the camera hiding in the shade.
Every night we were treated with a present. This one was my favorite – what a cool bag! And with one of the STampin' Up! buttons!
An outside view of the ship. Impressively huge.
We stepped outside the gated shopping area of Jamaica and asked a local man to give us a walking tour. This is some of what we saw . . .
Another scene in Jamaica.
In stark contrast, here is one of the many lovely meals we were served.
A quick picture on our way to a Broadway show. Yes, both the picture and the show were all on the ship.
Simple but pleasing wrapping for one of our pillow gifts. I can't show you what's inside just yet. And I had sympathy for the person who had to tie up over 700 of these with 12 knots on each package . . . .
Happy days!
Not a moment to wonder what to do, that's for sure! We saw a couple of plays, a diving show, an ice skating show, comedy tours, two concerts . . . all on the ship!
The beach in Haiti. We were waiting for the boys to come down on that zip line you can just see on the horizon.
On a Merry Go Round! (yes on the ship!)
It's been an amazing time – it feels almost surreal now that I'm home. While it's been fun and was really great to spend the time with my mother and step father, too – I'm also really glad to be home with my children for a few days before we take off again for convention in Melbourne.
I'm working on achieving Hawaii next year – all orders large and small help me out. I offer a huge thank you to all who come to class, make purchases, and join my team for helping me have such amazing, once in a lifetime experiences. Thank you! x

Wow – looks like you had an amazing time. You SO deserve it for all the time and effort you put into your business, your customers and us – your team. Have a great time in Melbourne – wish I was coming.
