I do love a fun fold card, but I don’t like too fussy or complicated. Whether you like complex or not, I think you’ll enjoy how easy this Faux Center Step Card is! I’ve also used the new Framed Florets bundle along with the new Fitted Florets papers:
This project features one of the great oval frames in the Framed Florets dies – I like how a nice frame makes even a simple arrangement look even more elegant.
The card base measures: 5 1/2 x 8″, scored at 1 1/2, 3, and 5 1/2 “.
The second piece (the “tall” piece) measures 3 1/2 x 8″, scored at 4″. Please see the video below for a quick demonstration, too.
The flowers are right from the Fitted Florets papers. It’s quite nice having the printed images work with the dies for quick and easy projects. Of course, the dies also fit the stamped images for endless color combinations, long after the printed papers have been used up.
