I’m excited to share with you today a fun and happy project! The new Pleased as Punch papers (just released 4 February) feature four prints, each coordinating with a punch:
It was the perfect opportunity to make one of my favourite sort of projects: a set of coordinating cards to use yourself or bundle together as a gift! I packed them all up in the acrylic card boxes:
Anybody, crafter or not, would love to receive some ready-to-go cards to have on hand! And these ones go together fairly quickly with the use of all those great punches and coordinating prints!
The first card is inspired by fellow demonstrator Amy Koenders and features the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set and the Small Blooms punch (both are SaleABration gifts, so FREE with a qualifying order!).
The flower print in the Pleased as Punch paper pack of course coordinates perfectly with the punch, so one can quickly just whip out these cute flowers.
Next I made a similar card with the Tulip Builder Punch and, of course, the coordinating print in the Pleased as Punch papers. That print even comes with the leaves, too! I added the Grapefruit Grove twine and the new Champagne Rhinestones (love these).
I didn’t know until now how cute umbrellas could be! I just adore these! This card was inspired by Rochelle Blok. I created a watercolour wash background, then quickly punched out five umbrellas and handles for an adorable cluster.
I think I will just have to do a class featuring this endearing Under My Umbrella bundle – and just 64.75 NZD for both the stamp set and the punch!
And the four card features the heart print and the heart punch. Valentine’s Day isn’t a huge deal in New Zealand, so I made this into more of an anniversary or a wedding card. I love this happy array of hearts!
You can purchase the supplies for this project below. Most of the punches bundle with a stamp set, too, if you want even more options:
