Today’s share is a little sneak peek into the next Stampin’ Up! Annual catalogue! Our theme for the Global Video Hop was sympathy or thinking of you, and the new Quiet Meadow bundle is just perfect:
I just love the look of wildflowers, and the beautiful silhouette dies in the Quiet Meadow bundle lend themselves quite well to monochromatic card. These don’t need to be coloured in either, so they are also a good “go to” set when you just need a quick card that looks great.
I’ve also brought in the Stitched with Whimsy Dies, the Opal Rounds, and the Brick & Mortar Embossing folder.
This is where those Mini Black Dimensionals are really handy! I’ve adhere two of the flowers down flat, and the third one is up on dimensionals. When items are all one colour like this, adding that little bit of texture and dimension makes ALL the difference.
And don’t forget to embellish the inside of your card and your envelope! Doing these two things takes your project from great to amazing – and we want the person receiving the card to feel delight with every open.
