Today’s share is a quick and easy gift idea for anyone, but I chose the color palette to be suitable as a male’s Valentine’s card. I’ve used the Hearts of Elegance stamps and dies, and paired them with the Country Woods and Country Lace papers for a muted color palette.
The wood print backdrops in the Country Woods papers are just so versatile! Everyone should consider getting this pack to stand alone or mix with pretty much any other paper pack.
I love that larger heart with the stitching detail from the Hearts of Elegance die set; it reminds me a lot of punched silver.
I heat embossed the words on Early Espresso, and then cut around the scripted word closely so it wasn’t too “heavy” on top of the hearts.
For the embellishments, you could select really any color on this neutral palette. I chose the Copper Clay dots from the Earth Tones Shimmer Gems.
