Today’s share is inspired by a project by Leanne Greff and the Colour Inkspiration Challenge:
Sometimes when you are wanting to make a project, having a colour palette already determined makes the job that much easier!
I pulled out my Dragonfly Dreams bundle and came up with this using the Wisteria Wonder, Soft Sky, Mint Macaron, and Garden Green combination:
I fussed around with the dragonfly quite a bit, but finally decided on dying the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter Paper in Soft Sky and Wisteria Wonder for the wings. In this case, I simply filled two Spritz Bottles with Isopropyl Alcohol and one with Soft Sky ink refill and the other Wisteria Wonder. I went through a LOT of the glitter paper before struck upon the right combination, but I am happy with the results!
The background is brayered with the new Sponge Brayer in the four colours of Garden Green, Mint Macaron, Wisteria Wonder, and Soft Sky.
The paper is called Inside the Lines, and you can get an entire pack of this FREE with any $110 order! Each pack contains twelve 12×12’s (three each of four prints).
Thanks so much for stopping in! I hope this heat isn’t getting to you too much!
