I held a little holiday programme class this morning with a few children and we had so much fun! We started out the day with candle stamping using the Garden in Bloom stamp set:
This particular set is a lot of layering and stamping, and the kids did extremely well with it!
The effect is well worth it.
We also made “Floppy Soap”, which was a huge mess, but they absolutely loved it. Everyone went home to make more candles and more soap. Hopefully their mothers let them come back to class after that . . . .

What a fabulous project for the kids to take home. I bet they all enjoyed making the candles. They always look so spectacular! What is floppy soap?
Sofie taught this part and she found a tutorial on youtube. It’s basically a silly putty sort of thing that is actually soap. The kids LOVED it.
