Yellow is a Happy Color! Using Your Patterned Paper Strips

If you’d have asked me ten years ago if I liked yellow, I would have said no. I also would have said I didn’t like brown! And now look at us – reveling in every color! In the right combination and proportions, every color is beautiful.

And today I’m going to share a whole lot of Bumble Bee yellow!

I made and yellow and gold card some weeks ago, and I liked it so much (unexpectedly), that I made another one! This time I added those Soft Suede flowers with the Small Bloom Punch for some contrast. But did you know? Brown is actually just very dark yellow!

I have found that those Gold Gilded Gems are very useful – they go with any of the other gold accents (obviously), like the Gold Hoops or any of the metallic edged ribbons, Gold Ribbon,and Gold Foil. And they aren’t too sparkly and could work on a project you want to give to a guy.

The papers are mostly from the Flowers for Every Season Pack with a few of the In Color Designer Series paper mixed in.
