One of my favorite aspects of inks and stamps is two step stamping. Create such a great effect so easily with stamps that are designed to layer on top of one another.
Today’s share features the Petal Park bundle, a gorgeous set of two step stamping images that pair with a punch!
I wasn’t so sure about doing Night of Navy leaves, but in the end, I love it. Did you know that when it’s stamped off (second generation stamping), Night of Navy has a real denim look to it. And when used for watercoloring, it separates into blues and pinks. I actually really love this color.
So both the outline and the “fill” are stamped in Night of Navy. The outline full strength, and the fill stamped off.
One of the best parts is those flowers have a punch! Nice and quick to cut out that way.
I stamped the outline of the flowers again in Night of Navy, and then the fill in Petal Pink.
