It’s nearly Father’s Day here in New Zealand, so my plan was to share this fun project in my August classes. Alas, the classes will have to wait until September, but sharing this fun idea for gifting a giant chocolate bar to someone special!
This project is inspired by a card by Wendy Lee. I adjusted the sizing and made it into the closure for a small box, sized to fit one of the great big chocolate bars!
I’ve used the Nothing’s Better Than bundle for this fun project. It’s just the perfect set for chocolate gifts!
My thought was that the box itself could be re-filled and gifted again, so we made a separate tag for the writing. Plus, then the ladies who did this project with me could actually eat the chocolate and replace it later. I know they totally did this . . . .
Happy Father’s Day for 6 September for those in the South Pacific! And I hope you enjoyed this little project idea today! Make chocolate, cocktail, and cookie projects with the Nothing’s Better Than bundle!
Would you like to learn how to make this box AND four other “masculine friendly” projects? (And some bonus content, too!)
