Scrapbooking is one form of crafting that I find very rewarding. I sure love showcasing my daughters and other special relationships; I find these emotions very creatively inspiring!
Today’s layout features the August exclusive Thoughtful Branches. This is a gorgeous set with such versatility:
I was pleased with how this one came together after much fun mess-making!
The Thoughtful Branches die designed for cutting out the tree leaves can also be used for a flower bunch! Here I’ve made my personal third-favorite flower: hydrangeas.
I’ve also used the much-beloved Hardwood background stamp. A must!
Stamp over the top of the petals with the “leaves” stamp image and use a bit of Heat and Stick plus Dazzling Diamonds to add some sparkle.
My favorite element on this page is the birds .. . . . they are just so so so adorable!
I also can’t get enough of the copper. Copper Metallic Thread, Copper Embossing Powder, and Copper Foil coming soon!
This panel features the Faux Patina technique. Again, elements of copper are just stunning.
My journaling panel here is embellished with more of the stamps from Thoughtful Branches, in the perfectly coordinating Wisteria Wonder, Soft Sky, and Pear Pizzazz.
