Today’s share is a clean and simple card featuring the Masking Tape Technique. This is an oldie, but a goodie technique idea to stash for when you need a quick card idea.
This is the first version I made using Bubble Bath, Soft Sea Foam, and Pool Party. My intention when designing this was to feature the Boho Beach stamp set, and the Masking Tape technique is a great one to feature larger images with bold lines.
Next, I tried this idea in a horizontal orientation, and changed up the colors just a bit. Interesting how switching out one color can change the whole feel so much!
I used the Flat Pearls for this one, giving it more of a beachy feel, too.
The Boho Beach stamp set is part of a kit pack, but the stamp set is just great and deserves to be featured all on its own. I do really like the Boho Beach stamp set, and wanted to share how one can keep creating with it even with the accompanying kits are gone.

I’ve made a short video showcasing this fun Masking Tape technique. I think this is one you’ll pull out from time to time for a quick card idea.
