I had the pleasure of doing a workshop for a wonderful woman and her friends a few weeks ago, and this is the project I chose to share with them. (Inspired by a swap I received years ago!) I felt this was a good one for beginning stampers because it uses only one colour and it’s basic stamping and punching:
But even “seasoned” stampers enjoy a project that is quick to put together and looks great!
Tips:
~ Stamp the butterfly first and then punch, using the punch upside down
~Curl the butterfly’ wings to give a bit of depth to the project
~ Punch the word strip first with the banner punch, then stamp
~ Curl the word strip with the bone folder one way, and the flip it over and curl in the other way to get the “wavy” look.

I’ll be sending out our third 12 Weeks of Christmas tutorial tomorrow to my subscribers. Don’t miss out!
