I've been wanting to do a scrapbook page with the gorgeous stamp set Razzle Dazzle since I first saw it.  Today was the day!

My layout was inspired by the Just Add Ink Challenge this week – a sketch and Nicole McMurtrie, one of the Design Team there.  I loved her colours and of course, the stamp set really appeals, too.

As you can work out, I've turned the sketch on the side and used the partial circle as a journaling spot rather than the focal image.  The hardest part was doing the lines on there, but my 11 year old daughter helped me with that.  :)  The Circle Scissors make it super easy to whip out a couple of nesting circles.

I stamped the Razzle Dazzle big flower down the side of the Textured Baja Breeze, and it came out a bit antiqued looking due to the texture on the cardstock.  I added a bit of white gel pen accents to bring them out and to repeat the dots along the ribbon.

I just LOVE the Real Red Polka Dot ribbon!  I have a little fetish for ladybugs, though, so this is just my thing. 

The right hand side of the layout is actually a piece of acetate stamped in Cotton White Staz-On and laid over top of the Baja Breeze.  The title words are also in the Razzle Dazzle set and also stamped in White Staz-on directly onto the photo.  Worked great!

    Gorgeous! I loved Nicole’s version too – I wouldn’t have thought to put Baja Breeze and Real Red together, but don’t they look amazing together?! I really like the way you’ve used the layout, and that bow is so sweet! And your daughter looks adorable too!
