I really enjoy making “off the page” items with our Stampin’ Up! supplies, and repurposing a bag or decorating a plain one to wrap a gift is one of my favorite projects!
There is a couple who go to the same gym as myself. They are about my age and have been trying for years and years to have a baby. And the day finally arrived! So although I don’t know them that well, I wanted to celebrate a little with them with a handmade gift:
Inside the bag I tucked in a couple of bibs I made, figuring they had plenty of clothes and something handmade and unique would be just right.
I decorated the bag with the Golden Honey papers (which are a FREE gift with qualifying order with me during February and March) as well as the Honey Bee bundle (stamps and dies).
I actually used some of the elements I made and then didn’t use when I was designing a scrapbooking page recently. Decorating bags is also a great way to use up those leftover strips of beautiful papers! A pretty bag is always useful, even when not giving a gift, but for any reason.
Product ListAnd I used up a few more elements I had on the table to make a coordinating card with the Whisper White Notecards and Envelopes. The Honey Bee Bundle and the Golden Honey papers are great for boys or even gender-neutral type of projects! Everyone loves a golden honeycomb.
