Today’s share is one last project with the He’s the Man papers before they are discontinued next week. I’ve always liked the simple wallet fold idea; it’s perfect for holding a gift certificate, cash, or a photograph for those hard-to-buy-for people.

The prints in the He’s the Man papers cover quite a variety of themes, including ties, barbecue, and camping. I also really like how side B of the papers is more of a “solid” print that compliments the more specific prints nicely.

I used the label on the front of the wallet to hold the flap down.
It’s also nice to make a small card or tag that matches to fit inside. For this project, I made a small card with leftover bits and pieces.

I had to take a photo of the inside of the wallet. I think it’s quite nice to have some color and print on in the inside as well, like a bright and unexpected jacket lining.
