Last day in Paradise – Mads and I are going to play in the pool, snorkel, and kayak. She'll also finish her mini golf game while I hit the gym one more time.
Last night we got another pillow gift – a GORGEOUS wallet style purse in Pacific Point. And WOW – when you open it up – it's the upcoming DSP! It's so fun; I love love love it! And just so happens that my $2 shop wallet has broken it's snap, so I will definately get some good use out of this gift.
Now I had a comment on Facebook last night asking me about the food here. So funny! Yes, the food is awesome, adequate and no, I have not been hungry. Each morning we get a buffet breakfast, which is great because Madeleine can have her hash browns and waffles and I can have my egg white omlette and mushrooms and berries. I am competing next weekend (hopefully??) so I have been very good and also done my 2 hours of walking every day.
This is my swap from yesterday, strongly inspired by a design by Michelle Zindorff. I've taught this one a few times, and everyone has just loved it, so I thought this would pass muster here amonst these ladies. LOL The swaps I got back were amazing!!
So this was a family effort – but the process of this one was rather fun for the girls. Madeleine did the heat emobssing; playing with powders and the heat tool was enough fun to incent her to help out. Sofie and Kjirsti did the chalking/pastels across the bottom. Kjirsti did the black sponging around the border and Sofie did the white gel pen leaves under the tree.
You might be left wondering if I did anything! Mummy did all the brayering and the rest of the stamping. LOL
