I used a beautiful card by Jen Arkfield as my inspiration for this layout – thank you! The Flower Patch bundle has sooo many images in it, it’s easy to create any sort of flower bouquet or spray or border you wish:
The Tyepset papers are truly a must-have for any paper crafter. They are so lovely and neutral to work with. I clipped across the top with the new Spiral Border Punch to add bit more eclectic look.
The Baked Brown Sugar Twine was split into three for a finer look, but a bit more substantial than the Linen Thread. The Antique brads were perfect . . . as they always are. Can’t get enough of those!
I had a lot of ink pads out, I must admit. Blackberry Bliss, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, So Saffron, Crushed Curry, Pistachio Pudding, and Old Olive. But it was well worth it!
The Perfect Print alphabet was truly perfect. Last night we watched a movie set in the 1920’s, and it just fit my mood as well. And I really mean this title. Rob is my perfect match (not perfect, but perfect for me), and I feel like he’s just filled a lonliness I’ve felt for so very long. If you’ve met him, you know just what I mean.
It’s so rewarding to express my feelings in an art form, one that so many can enjoy, mostly him. Even if you are not a “scrapbooker”, consider making one or two layouts to frame and honour those you love so much. Beginners always welcome at class!!
