Flirty Flowers in Vintage Emboss Resist

Here’s a card with a lot of fun techniques!  The Flirty Flowers stamp set has a variety of outline and solid images plus sentiments in a fun font!

I’ve used all blues and greens here – Pool Party, Tranquil Tide, and Always Artichoke accented with Basic Black and Copper.

One flower stamp is clear embossed and then had ink sponged over the top to create the resist image. I also added a bit of Dazzling Diamonds Glitter and water droplets for visual texture.

Next makes sure the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad is well inked and stamp over the top with the poppy-like image.   I can see how this combination and technique could be used over and over!

The Brick Wall background is easy and fun and so interesting!  Each one turns out differently.  Simply emboss with the Brick Wall Embossing Folder and swipe your ink pads across to create the colours and depth.  I’ve added an extra layer of some streaks of Copper Embossing Powder to tie in the Copper Trim.
