Today’s share is a re-make of a pretty card inspired by Jenn Tinline, and is an easy one to adjust for Christmas by using the In the Pines bundle! And the great thing is: you only need one ink pad to make this Christmas card!

You can view the video tutorial for the process of this card HERE. It’s basically sponging the colour of your choice, leaving some white space. Then stamping in the same colour. And the last step is the stamp and white emboss over the previous stamping.

I quite like the monochromatic look of just shades of the same colour, with sparkles and white accents. Simple and effective! Here I used Misty Moonlight.

You could also use a darker, coordinating shade of ink as well for even more depth and shading with the sponging. I did use both Just Jade and Shaded Spruce cardstock for this version.

This is a wonderful little sponging technique and layout that can be adapted for many occasions. I hope you enjoy this!
