Today’s share is one of the five gorgeous projects included in the Techniques & Tea: Embossing Paste class – a fun one using embossing paste in quite a different way:
As you may have noticed in many of my projects, I just love this Brick and Mortar Embossing Folder. Now with adding embossing paste, it has a different look again!
I love how the bricks are different heights, so they pick up anything you put over the top in different ways. It’s a perfect companion to the new Wisteria Wishes bundle.
Of course, the star of the show here is the new Wisteria Wishes dies and these fun wisteria flowers. I just love wisteria in real life. I went with Balmy Blue paired with the new Orchid Oasis, but many combinations would also work for variation.
I do like touches of vintage, even on more simple or clean cards. It’s a little style I call “clean vintage”. Embossing paste doesn’t have to be full on mixed media or grunge; use it to add little texture details, too.
