This is a relatively quick layout to do that I demonstrated at the Hamilton Quilt and Craft fair in September. Dianne can tell on me that I was finishing putting this one together on the floor before the show started!! It's that easy . . .
I've used the new, beautiful set called Creative Elements, which is another one of those sets that seem to have random, mismatched images in it. However, upon having a play, they do work together quite beautifully.
I've included an additional border using the Little Leaves die, cut into bits and placed behind my photo mat:
I sure like that flourish included in the stamp set too.
The embellishments along the side are using the Beau Chateau papers and the beautiful Lace Ribbon Border Punch.
The clusters of embellishments are the Frames Embossing Folder, the butterfly from the Creative Elements stamp set, a small heart punch (of course), and an Antique Brad (also of course – cursed be the day these are deleted).
Simple and Effective. We have a scrapbooking class THIS Thursday November 3rd at 7:30pm in Bucklands Beach. Join us!
