By Your Side Cat or Dog Paw Print Scrapbooking Layout

I’m thrilled to share with you another scrapbooking page today, this one featuring the more furry members of the family! Many of us have pets, and it’s really nice to do a layout just for them once in a while. After all, they are a member of the family, too.

I used the By Your Side stamp set for this design, and the layout was inspired by the background design by Eimear Carvill:

Create an adorable pet / cat / dog layout with the By Your Side stamp set! Add some cute paw prints and sentiments to complete the memory keeping page. with the Country Woods papers.

For this layout, I used the new Country Woods and the Country Lace papers (available 1 May, 2024). I cut various squares with the Stylish Shapes dies, adding a nice stitched detail to each square.

These adorable paw images are from the By Your Side stamp set, which comes in the By Your Side kit. I think these paws are just fabulous. I used the cat one, but there is also a stamp included that looks more like a dog paw print.

I added that tiny heart from the Stamped with Love for a little extra to each footstep. I mean pawstep.

I’ve embossed the navy wood print squares from the Country Wood papers with the new Fun Patterns Embossing Folder. I love the contrast of these cute little daisies on the distressed wood.

The sentiments from the By Your Side stamp set are also really great for scrapbooking layouts, and not just for pet themes. These words are really quite useful.
