My favourite thing – scrapbooking layouts! I designed this up to show at the Auckland Craft Expo last weekend, and I love how it turned out. Simple and clean but with a bit of detail too.
That photo – my eight year old Sofie took that with my mobile phone! She did well, didn’t she?
The papers are the Blueberry Crisp collection. I’m not a “blue” person generally, but I do really like this combination. All the different blues in these prints make them easy to tone in with virtually any blue in the SU pallette.
This crocheted ribbon is lovely. The Vintage Trinkets include the safety pin below and the cute button brads above. All available only until Thursday (March 31st):
I set myself up for a potential disaster when I asked my two youngest daughters to write the journaling for me. Ten words to describe your mother. . . And by the way, that says “busy” not “lousy”!!
The stamping is done with an old favourite, Pocket Silhouettes. This one is one of the most versatile and well used sets in my stash. The journaling is done with Notes and Details from the Summer Mini, also available just until March 31st.
Try this layout! It’s an easy one to copy and put in your different elements on each square as suits your style and theme!
