It's that time of year again – when I finally have two minutes to rub together to get some good cleaning done.
And every year I swear this won't happen again . . .

After a few weeks of throwing things out and setting things aside to sell, here is the finished room, ready for 2011:

Ahhh, so much nicer to work in! Now to catch up on all myhomework for school – anyone want to come do some sewing for me? ha ha ha . . . I better do it.
Nothing like a clean work surface to inspire creativity. I found my mojo somewhere in the mess. Give it a try if you haven't already!

oooh lovely…I agree the clean up does wonders for the mojo. I got mine sorted in the holidays…went on a mad creative frenzy and now have a mess again….sigh! lol

I wish I have a den that looked like SU had puked up all over it. But alas all I have is the dinner table. I have to clear that up after every creative spell. Yours looks amazing. xxx
You’re so lucky to have a room to craft in. My kitchen table is such a poor substitute, but I still have fun. The big question is, how long can you keep it this way?

Exactly Diana! I’ve been making some trousers the last few days, so it does look like a very small bomb went off. It’s a matter of cleaning it up as we go . . . . check in with me about July. LOL
