Happy Monday and today is a sunny Spring day in Auckland! Today’s share is a very quick card, made up using leftover bits and pieces from a Mini Album I shared a few weeks ago:
Although they didn’t make the cut when I was designing the mini album, I had these fronts all stamped up and they were too pretty to not use! So I turned them into simple cards for a few upcoming birthdays.
I really do love this Mini Macaron Shimmer Ribbon! It was a bit thin to fill in the space nicely for this, so I just doubled it up. I like how it makes a really robust bow here, too, which balances out the simplicity of the rest of the card.
I kept the background papers neutral (Smokey Slate and Basic Gray), so the colours in the flowers would just pop. Plus, then it leaves room to stamp the flowers in any colours whatsoever as there is nothing to match.
It’s time to start booking into our Christmas Extravaganzas – I’d love to have you there! Our Christmas events often book up, so please do register and pay early to secure your seat.
