{A Happy Heart Gift Bag}
This is a super quick and easy project shown to me by my dear friend and fellow demonstrator, Anabel Welch.
I wanted to give a young girl a gift for watching after my children and untangling the huge WAD of necklaces, earrings, and bracelets I had. She enjoys baking, so I whipped up a wrapper for this cookbook for her using one sheet of the Dashing Designer Series Paper combined with the A Happy Heart Stamp set.
And this stamp set is fantastic – I'll use this one well past Valentine's Day. In fact, I am using it on a page for later in the week . . .
These are colours I would have never put together on my own, but took the inspiration from the front of the book. I like the combination! It's my opinion that you can find inspiration nearly anywhere. My favourite place to look is at the fabric store or at people's clothing. Where are your favourite place to find your inspiration? Leave your ideas in the comments, please; I'll be interested to hear what inspires you!
Ads in magazines are a great colour and layout inspiration.
