Last week I had one of my good friends and customer from Nelson, Karen Wells, come up to my Auckland class and she came bearing gifts! How spoiled did I feel? Check out these lovely treats from the Nelson region as well as a handmade gift from Karen:
Karen has altered a notebook (my personal favorite craft project) and embellished with the Sheltering Tree stamp set. I also like how she’s turned this noteobook landscrape; something I likely would have never thought to do!
She’s also made a fun belly band for the book using ribbon (lace), a button, and a hair tie. Clever!
Isn’t it lovely to give a handmade gift? And equally as lovely to receive. Thank you to all of you for taking the time to put a bit of yourself into your gifts!
