The beginning of the year is a good time to make a little stash of birthday cards! Last month during stamp classes, we made a cute set of four cards plus a coordinating case:
The case can be used to either store future cards in, or package them all up as a beautiful gift.
The cases are nothing more than our wide stamp cases with a handle attached to the spine. (Trick: ask husband to do this part).
Two cards of two designs is enough to keep a class busy for a bit more than two hours, but we have had good fun learning to watercolour and use the GORGEOUS Birthday Bouquet papers!
We used every single stamp in the Birthday Blooms stamp set, inside and outside the cards.
This pretty pleated card is taken from a Splitcoaststampers Tutorial – relatively easy to do and nice way to show off both sides of pretty papers.
I’d love to have you join us for a class in March! I am also still taking registrations for the Nelson and Auckland Extravaganzas.
And last thing for today – I will be sending out my newsletter tomorrow. If you aren’t on my mailing list to receive promotion and event updates as well as exclusive offers, please do sign up below:

All cards are fabulous and I really love the last one. I wish someone gift me these types of cards on my birthday.
