This one takes a minute to get your head around, but it's quite simple in the end. My project here was taken from Jackie Topa, a very talented artist in the USA.
I loved the idea here of going from "Black & White" to full colour.
The circle sit on top of each other and are slit together on the right side so as the arrow is turned, one moves to the top of the other one.
A glue dot holds it on the card and the ribbon knot prevents the arrow tab from sliding the bottom circle all the way off.
Although the concept is simple, this is a more advanced stamping project. To do this project, please contact me to set up a class.
