Easy Way to Use your Scraps Card Idea: True Blue Papers
I finally had a chance to create with the new True Blue Designer Series Papers – the Product of the Month for December (get yours for a reduced price with a qualifying order during December!). I enjoyed how all the prints tied so nicely together.
Today’s share is a remake of a card I shared a couple years back, and is a great one for using up scraps and every last little bit of your pretty papers:

One could cover the entire background with the True Blue strips, but I quite liked the V shape and the bit of white space. It also nicely leaves a spot for a sentiment.
The pattern might look complex, but it’s really very straightforward. Simply place the first piece wherever, and then build the remainder around it. Have a look at the short video below for a quick demonstration.

I accented the Balmy Blue and Night of Navy background with the vellum gold flower from the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera pack, which made this card super quick and easy!
