It’s time for another color challenge at the Colour Inkspiration challenge group! This time we are going for a brighter color combination with Daffodil Delight, Tahitian Tide, Night of Navy, and Parakeet Party.
You can join in the Colour Inkspiration color challenge group and create your own project with these colors (or similar) to share, or simply enjoy everyone’s creations.
I have toned down some of these colors for a more subdued look by layering them with Crumb Cake (we can add black, Crumb Cake, and metallics to the combination).
I’ve used the brand new Lighthouse Point bundle for this project, and just used the stamps for all the layers this time. I made this project to share with my team showcasing a card that didn’t use any die cutting.
(I did technically use a die for around the rocks, but this could easily be done with scissors for new stampers)
I just love that distressed gold paper in the back. It fits the mood perfectly.
This is a second version, using all those same colors. I tend to use white card bases a LOT, so wanted to try and use Crumb Cake instead. I still prefer the whiter version above, but this one is a bit warmer, and has the addition of heat embossing.
And my last version uses Smoky Slate, which technically isn’t allowed as part of the color challenge, but still wanted to share on my blog this slightly different version.

I have yet to upload my Lighthouse Point video to YouTube, but you can see the SHORT Facebook Live replay for a short demonstration on a stepped up version of this Lighthouse Point card.
Thanks so much for stopping by my Stampin’ Up! stamping & cardmaking studio today! ~ Jacque Williams
