So late in the day! It’s been a busy day; with no kids at home it’s too easy to sleep in to the last minute and then rush for the rest of the day. Been a fun day though!
Today I wanted to share with you this neat Flip Flop or Swing card we did last week in class:
The middle portion of the card swings around when the card is opened. Quite fun! It’s a great little template for invitations, too.
The stamping part is done with the Vintage Vogue set a la Bron Heslop style, although I think I did it in the wrong order. The big flower is embossed in clear and then sponged lightly with Lavendar Lace ink.
Want to learn how to make a flip flop card? Book in a class or place requests here!
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Vintage Vogue $38.95, Very Vintage Wheel $18.95
Colours: Elegant Eggplant, Lavendar Lace, Old Olive
Other: Clear Embossing Powder, Old Olive ribbon, Hodge Podge Kit, Dazzling Diamonds

Yes, my sweet – you did it in the wrong order. But it has a ‘unique’ look all it’s own. 🙂
