As mentioned before, I was asked to feature the Takeout Treats Box Bundle on the Stampin’ Up! Alaskan Cruise trip, so I have a few fun, easy projects to share with you over the next few weeks with this versatile bundle! Today’s share is something suitable for a wedding favor or a little thank you gift at a shower:
The little box is so easy with the Takeout Box die – simply cut two of the box pieces, cut a window in one panel with the included heart die, and simply adhere the four sides and the bottom together.
I have added a stamped window sheet to create a little peek-a-boo feature on the box, too.
The Flourish Thinlits were perfect for a pretty topping, paired with a ribbon bow. I used gold accents to tie in the gold Werther’s candy inside the box. Of course, you can colour theme this same design to fit any wedding or celebration.
This was a quickie card using the same heart that I cut from the box plus a few more in the same colours. How nice would these be as a gift to a bride to use after her wedding shower as thank you cards?
