Everyone loves a fun, happy birthday card that is quick to put together! I loved this Cake Crazy stamp set from the moment it was introduced to us at our Stampin’ Up! OnStage training last November.
Today I want to share with you a bright birthday card that I think just about anyone at any age would enjoy:
Oh how fun it was to build up that cake in different colours! I had several goes at it – all of which look great, but this version is my favorite for now.
The Cake Crazy cake layers are designed to be on a lean, so you can create your cake to be somewhat straight or go deliberately on a lean. It definitely has a Dr. Seuss look to it.
I chose to go bright and rainbow, but of course, this project could be done in more subdued colours to create an entirely different look. I think I will give that a go soon.

I have made up some packs for kits which include the card base, the whisper white panels, the basic black panels, the strips of black and white paper (may be some different prints too), black twine, and the black sequins. You need to provide the stamps and the inks (or order them).
