Valley in Bloom Quick Card Idea with Scraps

Today’s share is one of the projects I included at my catalogue launch open house, and this one features the Valley in Bloom papers, stamps, and dies. The large lily image is lovely, and so quick to color, too.

For this sample, I used both the new Crisp Cantaloupe and just a little bit of Calypso Coral for the flowers. I think the peachy-orange flowers look great against the Coastal Cabana plaid print from the Valley in Bloom papers.

I tore the right hand side of all the Valley in Bloom paper strips into uneven lengths for a bit of interest. And the Crisp Cantaloupe butterflies are just so sweet (and dainty!) as accents.
