Today’s share is a really fun idea, inspired by @Katharina_Tarta_Crafts on Instagram. She used this fun idea to make a watermelon card, and I’ve taken her concept and applied it with the Stampin’ Up! Decorative Trees stamp and die bundle for a fresh Christmas card.
I used a very fresh and bright color palette of Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, and Berry Burst for a non-traditional Christmas color combination (but a personal favorite).
The 2 3/8″ Circle punch creates a fun window detail along the fold, so the words can be seen on the front, and also on the inside.
The Decorative Trees stamp and dies can be used in layers or just one layer in combination with the stamps for detail. I love all the possibilities with this one.
I particularly love using the Berry Burst glitter paper; it really helps those detailed dies add something really special to the project overall.
