Swirly Bird Diamond Box – Mediterranean Cruise Swaps!

Hi there – happy Friday!  I am about to embark on a grand adventure: a 7 day, all expenses paid for myself and my husband on a cruise through the Mediterranean!

One of the really cool things we get to do on these trips is swap with some of the best demonstrators in the world. I chose to do a 3D swap and did up this fun diamond box with the upcoming Swirly Bird bundle:

This is such a CUTE stamp and die set – already made several projects with this one.

So we made 27 of these cuties.  Luckily, Robert pitched in and helped.  He hated doing the gold thread, but I feel it was a “must”.

I failed to get a pic, but we tucked an L&P Whittaker’s bar inside each of these for our international friends.

One day earlier this week, I came home late from teaching a class, and my sweet husband had this waiting on my work table for me.  What a darling he is!  I can’t wait to spend the next ten days in Europe with him!!
