The Share a Milkshake bundle is on that grabbed my attention when it first came out. I think it’s just happy, and I love the waffle cone die (although I didn’t use it in this sample today). As an added bonus, I think these images are perfect for any age, gender or occasion.
(We had a discussion at the Extravaganza where I taught this one, and we decided it very well could be used for a wedding in the right colors and with two straws. Super idea!)
I designed this project for my Extravaganza events held in Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga, and I taugh this one in Hamilton and Tauranga. Check out the next events coming up here! I’d love to have you there as my guest to enjoy a day of learning and crafting.
I thought it would be fun to make this into a gate fold card with the ice cream on one side, and the glass on the other. Easy to do, but adds that bit extra to the card.
The Gingham papers made the perfect background with its sort of tablecloth-like feel. These papers won’t be around much longer (as far as I know), so add them to your next order before they are gone.
Gems and ribbon didn’t seem to quite fit the theme on this one, so I went for those cute hearts from the Share a Milkshake bundle out of Sweet Sorbet Glitter paper. I’ve used these heart dies so much on other projects . . they are just a fun shape. And even better, one die cuts all three of them in one pass!
