Pro Tip: Need a label that matches just right? Flip to Side B of your printed paper! I used scraps from the back sides for all three of these—perfect tone, soft color, and they take stamping like a dream. Try it next time before reaching for plain cardstock.

Pro Tip: Try the Mosaic Tile Technique on an 8x8 layout—it’s the perfect size for playing with those tiny scraps!
And here’s a pro tip: you can take just about any layout or card design and tweak it to fit a different size or project. Scrap 12x12? Just layer it up. Prefer cards? Shrink it down. That 8x8 could even become a framed gift or box top.

What’s Happening with the Cloud Cover Ink?
One of the most exciting parts of a new catalogue is welcoming five fresh In Colors into our craft rooms—and I know many of us can’t wait to start playing with them!

However, there’s been a bit of a hiccup with one of the new shades, Cloud Cover.

Due to an unexpected chemical reaction between the ink and the foam used in our standard ink pads, the color isn’t performing as it should—shifting in tone and appearing inconsistent.

So, Stampin’ Up! has decided not to release Cloud Cover in the traditional foam ink pad format.

The good news? We still have great options!

Cloud Cover will be available in the following formats:
Stampin' Write Marker (water-based)
Ink Refill Bottles
Pre-filled Stampin' Spot (part of an assortment)
Stampin' Blends (alcohol markers)
Cardstock, embellishments, and ribbon

Want an ink pad option? You can still make it work:
Purchase a blank Stampin’ Spot and fill it with the Cloud Cover ink refill

Use the pre-filled Cloud Cover Stampin’ Spot

Use the Stampin’ Write Marker directly on your stamps

Pro Tip: Tags don’t have to be fancy—anything can become a tag with a hole punch and a bit of ribbon or string! I raided my scrap stash and used the Hole Punch Trio and leftover cardstock bits to whip up a whole batch of cute tags. No special size or shape needed—just use what you have and make it work!
