Another wonderful treat using the Scallop Notes!
Paula has shared with us two lovely creations:
The first project is a joyfold card, layering with Whisper White and Night of Navy. Paula's done lots of white heat embossing here to bring the stamp images out. It's a cool way to use your stamps – to stamp on dark cardstock with white or use white embossing powder. Note to self: Must do that more often!
The two stamp sets are two Level One hostess sets, Best Yet and Organic Grace. She's done some really amazing things with that set.
The stitching is faux -done with the mat pack and a white gel pen. Very beautiful!
The second card is very fun and bright. Paula has layered Elegant Eggplant card to make the front of the Scallop Note the same length as the back and to add colour showing through the punched holes.
The sentiments are from another Level One hostess set Sweet Little Sentiments and the images are from a retired set, Pocket Fun. Paula's added the button from our new button set, Sherbet, to one of the flowers. And she's also used the masking technique with the flowers and leaves. Any girl would love a creation like this!
