I used to dislike plaid, and now I wonder what I was thinking?! I love plaid now, especially when they are gorgeous colors like these in the Plaid Tidings paper pack! And there’s only one thing even better . . . they are 15% off during October!
I absolutely love the happy colors in this particular plaid print, and it’s a great match with the Love of Leaves dies. I’ve also added in the Greenery Embossing Folder for that little bit of texture without detracting from the main image. Embossing folders are great for that!
The gorgeous Love of Leaves dies has a “positive” and a “negative” part to the die, meaning both the leaf cut out is useful and also it “leaves behind” this pretty stitched outline. It’s really great for around perhaps a photo, some words, or pretty paper like on this card.
