Hi Fellow Stampers! As many of you know, although I am officially a Kiwi, I am also born an American. That means to me, November is a month of gratitude, which is a positive tradition to carry on no matter what your nationality nor place of residence.
I have challenged my team, and I also challenge you, to send out a thank you card a day during November. If that is too daunting, send out another number you determine, even if it’s only one. One is better than zero!
I was inspired by the Lighthearted Leaves sample I posted a few a days ago to use this stamp set. And my talented friend Teneale Williams posted a beautiful card, which I have recreated here using what I had on hand.
The Lighthearted Leaves is one that is just really general – certainly this whimsical style is by no means limited to Autumn!
The Leaf image was heat embossed in White and then coloured in with the ink pads and a Blender Pen or an Aqua Painter.
And I just couldn’t resist using this lovely sentiment on the inside. What a beautiful stamp for card making and scrapbooking and tags alike.
Now that I have done up one, I am going to make another 15 to send out and then create another design. (I’ll be making them up in different colours and then sharing on my Facebook Business Page). Won’t you join me in the tradition of gratitude this month?
