I posted two weeks ago some kitty cards for a colour challenge, which I then used as the design foundation for the actual cards my team and I made to donate to a local cat rescue organization. I had quite a few strips of the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper left over after making a scrapbook page and envelopes with it, so these cards were perfect to use up those last little bits:
Each of us at our team meeting made at least one set of these for donation. I then packaged them up into sets of six for the Gutter Kitties organization to sell online, in their op shop, or wherever was useful to them.
I used the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes are the base – these are SO easy and great to have on hand. Plus you get 20 notecards and 20 envelopes for $13.75 NZD! Great bargain and so handy to have to whip up a quick card or to use up those few little scraps on your table.
I also made up a more simplified version, which I do like equally as well. I love Night of Navy with that splash of bright colour!
It’s so great when we can do something good with our crafts! Of course, every time we send a card and make someone smile and feel loved, that is doing good. Thanks for all you do to make the world a little happier!
Thanks for stopping by,
