As many of you know from my Facebook Business Page or from being there, I was most of last week at the Hamilton Quilt and Craft Show. It was lots of fun! I think this was one of the most busy years – the time each day just flew by!
Thanks so much to all who came by and said hello.
I taught one class at the show each day, and the enthusiastic participants made one of these lovely vintage cards, featuring the Hello, Darling stamp set and the Lovely Lace Embossing Folder.
Those who chose the Soft Sky option did some light inking onto their background to bring out the texture. They also ruched the Seam Binding Ribbon using the very sticky Sticky Strip.
The Blackberry Bliss version was by far the most popular! Everybody loves this rich, red-purple colour! And paired with gold . . . opulant! The background here was lightly inked with white and this time we used sequins instead of ribbon ruching.
Everyone completed theirs, even the beginners, so well done! It was a real pleasure to share this one with so many of you.
