I’ve had such fun playing with the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Masks! I love how easy it is to create such a fun, blended layered look.
For today’s project, I’ve used the large flower blossom in the mask (stencil) set:
Don’t you just love that two-toned look? And really, one could add even more shading and colors by using more ink pads. For this one, I’ve just used Fresh Freesia and Rich Razzleberry on the blossoms.
The card folds flat, of course, but stands up to show off those flowers while on display.
For this sample, I’ve used the Pale Papaya and the Cajun Craze ink pads. I like this spicy look, too.
The Butterflies & Flowers Layering Masks also include leaves with just the right curve to fit around those blossoms. I just love the shading and gradation of color achieved with the Blending Brushes here.
