You may have clear embossing powder in your drawer, but maybe don’t use it often or aren’t sure what to use it for. Here’s one idea for this versatile medium: Use it to add shine and texture to your images or papers!
I stamped this adorable little dragonflies from the Happiest Day stamp set in black, and then stamped the wings in Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath, and Petunia Pop.
They were cute even just like that, but to make those wings stand out even more, I stamped over top of the colored wings in Versamark. Next, add the clear embossing powder and heat to set. This is a great way to add detail to images, such as a detail you want to highlight or just give more interest.
To create the curve on the card front, use the Elegant Borders die for both the curve and the pretty detail in one go. I chose this also because it felt a bit like a wrought iron fence.
