Valentine’s Day isn’t nearly as huge of a deal in New Zealand as it was (from memories) growing up in the United States, so I made up a card with the From my Heart Suite that would be suitable to send to a good friend instead:
I found some lollipop sticks in my stuff when I had a big clean out over the summer, and knew they’d be perfect to use with these big heart punches!
The heart punches come in a twin pack, one straight edged heart and a slightly larger heart with a scalloped edge. The detailed larger heart behind is the Heart Doilies, which layer well with the heart punches!
Someone recently asked me which embossing powder colour I used the most – it’s definitely the White Embossing Powder. It’s very trendy right now to use it on black cardstock, but of course it looks great on any colour – even the softer colours. It makes stamping on your coloured cardstock much more effective.

I hope you are all keeping well and finding joy in new ways. My youngest daugher, Sofie, turned 18 yesterday. It wasn’t like any other birthday, but it was nice in it’s own way to be home with just family and without a lot of distractions.
